AN ON-PACK MNEMONIC AND COMMUNICATION SYSTEM FOR INDIA'S MOST FAMOUS F&B BRANDS.
Let's talk goodness
Developing an on-pack mnemonic system for the Nestlé corporate brand to enable it to consistently communicate with consumers across it's numerous product brands and to reaffirm it's position as a nutrition, health and wellness (NHW) company.
In order to take Nestlé’s NHW strategic vision forward, the mnemonic needed to be functional in addition to be able to unite Nestlé’s vast array of independently established brands under one corporate brand.
Our approach was to create a device that is highly ownable, functionally efficient and easy to adapt.
The final solution makes use of two speech bubbles stacked in a vertical orientation that subtly create the capital Nestlé ’N’ through the negative space. The upper bubble incorporates Nestlé’s corporate identity, the lower bubble provides the means to include the specific corporate message. Without a colour palette of its own, the mnemonic maintains relevance and standout by taking cues from the packaging in context.
A device that is highly own-able, functionally efficient and
easy to adapt.
